Master the TBFA Manifesting Technique
Here’s how you can implement this technique in your daily life to manifest fast:
Step 1: Think
Your thoughts are the foundation of your reality. Whatever you think repeatedly forms your beliefs. Choose a dominant thought for the day, one that aligns with what you wish to manifest. For example, if you’re manifesting money, a dominant thought could be, “Money always shows up for me in fun and unexpected ways.”
Action: Commit to this thought throughout the day, even when reality challenges you. Consistently think this thought until it becomes a belief.
Step 2: Believe
Once you’ve established your dominant thought, deepen it into a belief. Your task is to support this thought with more thoughts that reinforce it, until it becomes a core belief.
Action: Identify additional thoughts that support your dominant thought and reinforce them consistently.
Step 3: Feel
Feelings are indicators of your thoughts and beliefs. Be aware of your feelings as they will show you what you are thinking and believing. If a feeling doesn’t align with your desired outcome, revisit and adjust your thoughts and beliefs.
